WS-DP Inline Solution Proportioner

 

The model WS-DP proportioning system is designed to inject a precisely measured chemical additive to any charged hose line. Installed inline of any hose lay, the water flow through the line enrgizes a water motor that injects solution into the water flow in the exact percentage desired, regardless of GPM or water pressure. Unlike venturi-type injectors, the ratio of solution to water flow is mechanicallly measured and exact.

The percentage of injeted solutuion is indicated on the lower pump body shaft. Rotating the shaft clockwise reduces the level of injection, and counter clockwise increases the level. Percentages of injection can be adjusted between 2% and 10%. Solution is stored on-board in two, five-gallon containers. The solution pickup line quick-connects to either container. When the first solution tank runs dry, simply switch the feed hose to the second tank and refill the first. Continue to alternate tanks until the decon process is completed. The WS-DP is compatible with hypochlorite solutions, foams, and soaps.
