The Chemical Agent Vapor Detector is a simple, inexpensive, dependable device designed for the individual to detect nerve gas vapors.
The detector can be used to quickly detirmine:
- If a chemical attack detected by a "gas alarm" system is dangerous in the immediate vicinity of the individual.
- When it is safe for an individual to unmask.
The detector consists of:
- A plastic detector body containing a enzyme impregnated test paper.
- A plastic holder containing a chemically impregnated test paper.
- An instruction sheet.
