This combustible gas detector has a precise tick rate control to
assist in locating those hard to find leaks, a digital display that
reads both concentrations of LEL and parts-per-million of the
combustible gas sensed. Warning LED's and audible alarms alert the
operator of impending hazards. A push button data-logging feature
allows you to print out the results of a gas leak test and calibration
data to an optional printer or PC.
Detection of gas
occurs at the end of a flexible gooseneck allowing easy pinpointing of
a leak source. The sensor samples the air continuously using convection
or through the use of the optional internal sample pump. Accessory
probes provide gas samples to the sensor from remote locations or
manholes.
Key Benefits- Instantaneous response
- 10 PPM sensitivity
- Easy one-hand operation
- Durable composite housing
- Low maintenance cost
- UL and ATEX Approved
Common Uses- Locate above ground or exposed piping leaks
quickly. Identify and record leaks found and repaired for download at a
later date. Alarms warn of impending hazards from combustible gas
accumulations or major leaks.
- Locate natural gas leaks at power stations. Can be used to locate hydrogen leaks.
- Use
to help locate the presence of flammable accelerants during arson
investigations. Identify the presence of hazards such as industrial
solvents and fuels such as gasoline, jet fuel and alcohols.
- Identify
the presence of combustible gases and provide alarms per the
telecommunication industry practices when entering confined spaces.
