This transfer sheet can be used in a number of different ways to transfer a patient. It can be put on the cot prior to applying the cover sheet. This allows the patient to be moved directly from the cot to a gurney or bed. Prior to putting them on a cot, it can also be used as a soft stretcher when lifting the patient from the floor or moving them around in a close quarters situation.
