RAE Authorized Service Provider
As
a RAE Authorized Service Provider, All Safe Industries is permitted to
repair, calibrate, and provide warranty replacement service for RAE gas
meters. We are committed to quality service and offer quick and
efficient turnaround for repairs conducted at our facility.
Please note the following information to ensure prompt service:
• Submit service form as completely and accurately as possible.
• A return authorization will sent via email with shipping
instructions. A copy of this form must be included with any gas meter
or warranty sensor.
• It is encouraged that meters not be shipped in their cases. If you
choose to ship a protective case, please make sure to remove all
calibration gas or other hazardous materials before shipment. • Please ensure that all meters and components are packed safely. All
Safe Industries is not responsible for items damaged during shipment.
• A repair estimate will be sent within 48 hours after receipt of a gas
meter. Once approved, repairs will be completed in a timely manner.
Note: Some repairs may require shipment to RAE Systems for factory repair. Please allow additional time for such repairs.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges. All Safe Industries
maintains the right to charge an $85 diagnostic fee for repairs refused
after evaluation at our facility. In some cases, All Safe Industries
is unable to provide fixed quotations prior to a full factory
evaluation.
